Hi, I’m Bianca Hannon
I’m Bianca Hannon, MSW—a social worker, program designer, therapist, and wellness strategist committed to creating emotionally supportive, culturally grounded spaces for Black women and girls. My work blends therapy-informed leadership, community care, and strategic program design to help organizations build programs that are not only impactful, but truly sustainable.
With a background spanning youth development, public health, mental wellness, and large-scale program management, I specialize in translating real community needs into programs, experiences, and systems that honor people. I’ve designed and refined programs for nonprofits, facilitated healing spaces for youth and families, and led equity-focused initiatives that strengthen access to care.
Whether I’m building a program framework, facilitating a group, consulting with an organization, or teaching MSW students, my approach is always the same: center people, honor lived experience, and create environments where Black women and girls feel seen, valued, and empowered.
My mission is simple—help communities and organizations create spaces that heal, uplift, and sustain us.
